To make a reset, you need to:
 

1. Have the required level of characters 400 lvl.
2. There is no need to remove the character’s clothes.
3. have the required amount of Zen in your inventory.
4. Go to the location of Lorencia and find the master near the reset bar
5. Reset can be done only in the city of Lorencia.
